Faveo Helpdesk is an open source ticketing system build on Laravel framework.
It's still in initial Phases of Development & is not production ready.
It can be integrated with email, as well as web forms.

Requirements
To run Faveo your host just needs a couple of things:
- PHP 5.5 or greater
- MySQL 5.5 or greater
- The mod_rewrite Apache module
